Shipping Policy

Shipping of our orders is worldwide and all prices include 20% VAT (sales tax) in the EU. Other shipping regions are subject to local taxes and customs fees that are paid for by the customer. Orders are dispatched using “DHL Express”.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date payment is received and given to our delivery partner (DHL), delivery of which can vary in different countries. Delivery should take between 1 to 2 business days within the EU, depending on your location, your local postal service and seasonal events. Deliveries outside of the EU require 2 to 9 business days in the same circumstances.  NB, delivery dates are not guaranteed and postal addresses cannot be anonymous (P.O. Boxes, for example).

Accepted payments methods for orders are PayPal, credit/debit card and standard bank transfers for certain delivery regions.

The total cost of your order including shipping fees will be billed to your credit/debit card or bank account.

Additional costs are not included and are borne by the customer, such as local taxes, import fees and duties in your delivery region and customs fees charged by your local government. These additional local or regional charges cannot be predicted by us and you are urged to contact the relevant postal authorities or your local government for more information.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If your order is returned or re-routed, because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or a refusal to accept a package or an elapsed pick-up time, you will incur the cost for the re-routed or returned order.

Returns Policy

All orders can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order at your own cost. Returned orders should be unused or unworn and be in the original condition the order was delivered. Please include a returned order (revocation of contract) document with your returned order. Orders that were purchased as SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

All refunds are made based upon the original form of payment (e.g. PayPal).

The cost of a returned order is borne by the customer. Additionally, we do not incur the cost of a returned order if it is re-routed or lost during the return shipping. We recommend that returned orders are sent with a delivery service that includes an insured tracking and tracing service.

After receiving and checking that the returned order meets our requirements, reimbursement for the order will be made, excluding any shipping cost, customs charges and additional return delivery costs.

Refunds will not be issued on returned orders that have signs of wear and tear or damage from misuse. We reserve the right to refuse the reimbursement of a returned order if it is not in a satisfactory condition. Garments with removed shopping tags cannot be returned.
