We are very delighted that you have shown interest in our enterprise. Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of Attar Co. The use of the Internet pages of Attar Co. is possible without any indication of personal data; however, if a data subject wants to use special enterprise services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no statutory basis for such processing, we generally obtain consent from the data subject.


The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Attar Co. By means of this data protection declaration, our enterprise would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.


As the controller, Attar Co. has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.

  • 1. What is the return policy?
    The return of your order must be within 14 day of receiving the goods. Items returned must be unused or unworn with the sales label intact. A customer bears the cost of returning the goods. See our full returns policy in Section 6 of our Terms.
  • 2. Where are your products shipped from?
    The majority of the orders are shipped from Europe. However, an item may be shipped from a designer’s place of origin.
  • 3. What are the shipping options?
    DHL Express is our preferred shipping service, to allow you to receive your order as soon as possible. There is an option to collect your order from the Boutique.
  • 4. How can I pay for my order?
    Orders can be paid for with a debit or credit card and American Express. Online and offline Bank Transfers are also possible.
  • 5. How do I make sure I order the right size?
    The clothing and shoe product pages have size selection options available. Some clothing accessories also have options.
  • 6. Are the online product prices inclusive of VAT/Sales Tax?
    No, all prices in the online shop are exclusive of VAT. At the checkout VAT is added to the price, though VAT is excluded for some countries.
  • 7. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?"
    VAT or sales tax are implemented on purchases made and delivered within the EU. Orders shipped outside of the EU are normally not subject to a sales tax, but are likely to incur custom or import duties in the country of destination. Selecting your delivery location at the checkout will display whether a sales tax is paid or not.
  • 8. When will I receive my order?
    Orders should be received in 1 - 3 business days in Europe. Outside of Europe, 3 - 9+ business days depending on the location.
  • 9. How can I check the status of my order?
    When an order is made, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you used to make the order. When the order is shipped, another e-mail is sent with the tracking number. If you have or create a customer account on our website and log in and then complete your order, you can check on the status of your order in the account and edit personal details used to place your order. To create an account that allows you to view your orders and manage your order details, select the member account icon (similar to the one below) on our website.
  • 10. What do I do if I received a damaged order?
    Orders that are damaged can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, with an explanation of the damage or defect.
  • 11. Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?"
    Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, but can be returned, upon receipt, within 14 days of receiving your order. The same conditions apply if you want to exchange your order. However, the item(s) returned must be unused and the return cost is borne by the customer.
  • 12. Where is Firis Boutique located?
    Firis fashion boutique is located in the heart of the Austrian capital - Vienna.
  • 13. Where are the products made and where do the materials come from?
    Many pieces originate from where the designer is based, Europe, Asia or America. Many of the designer collections also use ethically source fabrics.
